A Broker Price Opinion report is only as correct as the data that is used to create it. We have reliable systems in place to collect data based on the BPO Standards and Guidelines (BPOSG). These include a thorough and Guidelines (BPOSG). These include a thorough review of comparables, the neighborhood and the surrounding area. We also include comments on why the comparable was chosen when compared to the subject property.Once we collect the data, we add photos of the comparables and our professionals review the report for completeness and accuracy. The report is then emailed to you for review.

Each address is validated, standardized and geocoded for proper identification. We apply two levels of technology-driven checks to make sure suitable information is used in the report. This includes validating data for accuracy and stringent quality control checks to find duplicates.
Research
We also offer a service for BPO research and data entry. We pull comparables using BPO Standard Guidelines (BPOSG) and once similar properties are found we input the information into a BPO form. We add photographs of comparables and then upload them to the BPO, but we do not check or produce the report for you. Once everything is complete, we email a confirmation to you for final review. If you need to change the comparables for any reason, we can do so and alter the valuation to meet your specifications.
